Gallery 151 | 132 West 18th Street, NYCRSVP:

Gallery 151 is pleased to announce an exhibition of paintings and drawings done by kids living at the Rift Valley Children’s Village in Tanzania and students of the Jacaranda School in Malawi. Both of these organizations are committed to providing education healthcare and a stable home to hundreds of orphaned or at-risk children. In the summer of 2015, New York-based artist John Platt visited both countries as a volunteer art teacher, working with kids from ages 3 to 18. The pieces in this show showcase their work – each one bringing with it the hope, warmth and inspiration of Africa. All proceeds from the show will support these extraordinary young artists.
